Huazhongcnc Ranks Among Top 30 Intelligent Manufacturing In China
Recently, the Lyon Business School in France evaluated more than 15,000 smart manufacturing-related companies in China and released the “2020 China Top 100 Smart Manufacturing Companies”. HCNC ranks 27th and ranks among the Top 30 smart manufacturing companies in China. Hubei has only 6 companies on the list, and HCNC is also the top intelligent manufacturing leader. HCNC also landed on the TOP 50 list of Chinese intelligent manufacturing enterprises in 2020 released by Internet Weekly.
In the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, “intelligent manufacturing” with the organic integration with technology information and advanced manufacturing technology has become the commanding height and main direction of development opportunities for countries all over the world and is regarded as the core of future industrial transformation.
The CNC system, known as the “brain” of CNC machine tools, is the core component and key support of intelligent manufacturing equipment. It is the core component that determines the function, performance, and reliability of CNC machine tools. It is one of the core technologies of foreign countries that “stuck the neck” of China.
In recent years, HCNC has worked hard to empower the machine tool industry. It has achieved historic breakthroughs in a number of key technologies such as architecture, bus, five-axis, multi-axis, and multi-channel, and successfully developed the “HCNC Type 8” series as high-end controllers. The numerical control system has fully entered the main fields of automobile manufacturing, energy equipment, shipbuilding, machine tools, molds, 3C, and other manufacturing fields, and has been applied in batches in thousands of companies. In 2017, the CNC system won the “Second Prize in the National Science and Technology Progress Award”.
It is reported that on the basis of the “HCNC Type 8” high-performance CNC system, HCNC recently realized the intelligentization of operation, processing, operation, and programming of CNC equipment based on unit technologies such as cloud computing and big data and other technology of control, sensing, and network information technology.
The “CNC Machining Big Data Center” established in Wuhan can realize intelligent functions such as remote monitoring, processing optimization, and health protection of CNC machine tools through a wireless network. This original and transcendent intelligent technology has been applied on a large scale in the manufacturing of electronic information products (3C) such as mobile phones. As one of the core enterprises in the field of domestic numerical control systems, HCNC has already led the country in its numerical control technology level. The functions and performance of high-end products can be compared with leading international companies. It has broken the zero record in some high-end subdivisions of domestic numerical control systems, supporting the development of the core technology of domestic machine tool manufacturing.
In 2020, HCNC cooperated with Shenyang Aircraft Industry Group and other enterprises to build an intelligent manufacturing production base for complex structural parts. At present, the “HCNC Type 9” intelligent numerical control system, which integrates the new generation of artificial intelligence technology and AI chip technology, has been successfully developed and has undergone small batch trial production. The intelligent machine tool jointly developed with machine tool enterprises is expected to achieve breakthroughs in the near future, which allows the Chinese machine tool to break the foreign monopoly on high-end machine tools.
