A company has built a smart workshop with 10 automated drilling and tapping production lines, including 180 high-speed and high-precision drilling and tapping centers equipped with the HNC-818AM system, 81 HSR robots, 30 RGVs, 10 AGV carts, and 1 fully automatic batching detection system. It is also equipped with a industrial software system, including the new generation of cloud CNC system platform of HCNC, CAPP, APS advanced scheduling system, MES production management system, 3D virtual simulation system, etc. After the project is completed, it will save more than 60% of manpower and reduce product defective rate by more than 20%.
It was selected by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Chinese Academy of Engineering as the only demonstration site for the National Intelligent Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration Exchange Conference.

A certain automotive electronic equipment adopted the overall factory automation solution designed and planned by our company. The entire project mainly focuses on the automated production and intelligent detection of the body control module (BCM) and the vehicle engine temperature and pressure sensor (TMAP). The entire factory has realized intelligent production and intelligent detection, and achieved traceability of each process of the product; while ensuring the stability of product quality, it has reduced labor and greatly reduced the company’s labor costs.
Intelligent manufacturing demonstration production line of a home appliance company
Project informations
The intelligent manufacturing demonstration production line of a certain home appliance company integrates Wasu HSR-JR605 robot, Wasu HSR-JR612 robot, Wasu SCARA robot, AGV cart, barcode system, detection system, and master control system. It is a fully automated production line for small home appliances that realizes the entire process of assembly, testing, and logistics.
The shredder assembly line in the production line is mainly responsible for the assembly, testing and packaging of the shredder. The total length of the line is 39 meters, with 22 automatic work positions and 8 personnel work positions, 2 of which are outside the line. Before the automation transformation of the line, 25 operators were required, but after the transformation, only 8 operators were required, saving a total of 17 people. The efficiency was increased from more than 20 seconds to 12 seconds. When the overall line is put into operation, this is not only a reduction in manufacturing costs, but also more stable product quality.
