Product Characteristic

1. Slant Bed

HCK50 slant bed CNC lathe adopts an integral bed with a 30° bevel angle, and the force is more stable during cutting. The internal rib shape is optimized by Ansys software, which makes the machine tool have high rigidity. The bed material is made of high-density cast iron with high strength and good shock absorption. The enlarged chip removal port design ensures smooth cutting of the machine tool. The guide rail adopts 35 specifications precision linear ball guide rail, which has high feed accuracy, low friction resistance, good rigidity, high resistance to vibration and high deformation ability, so that users can obtain higher processing accuracy and faster moving speed and production efficiency.

2. Two-axis Feed

The X-axis and Z-axis are driven by a servo motor, and are directly connected with the ball screw through an elastic coupling. The ball screw adopts a fixed installation method at both ends.
   The two-axis guide rails adopt rolling guide rails, which are four-direction equal load type with high precision and large load. The balls are separated by cages to reduce frictional resistance, temperature rise and thermal deformation during rapid movement, thus greatly improved processing accuracy, rapid traverse speed and production efficiency. Its outstanding advantages are small size, high precision, low maintenance cost, and it is especially suitable for occasions where the automotive, bearing and other industries have high requirements on the size consistency of parts.

3. Spindle Box

HCK50 series slant bed CNC lathe machine is a single-spindle headstock and adopts an integral spindle unit. The motor directly drives the spindle to rotate through the belt pulley, which reduces the power loss transmitted by the machine, and starts quickly and smoothly. The structural size of the integral sleeve spindle has been optimized to meet the requirements of high rigidity and high speed. The special spindle encoder cancels the synchronous belt transmission mechanism, effectively reducing the failure rate.

4. Chuck Cylinder

The standard chuck of this slant bed lathe selects Taiwan 8-inch hollow hydraulic chuck, the specification is φ210. The chuck can easily replace various jigs and fixtures, has good fast adaptability, and can meet the requirements of users for processing a variety of parts. Other specifications of hydraulic chucks and cylinders are also optional.

5. Bed Saddle and Skateboard

The bed saddle is made of high-density cast iron, and the slide plate and tool rest are placed on the bed saddle. The sliding plate and the tool rest move on the saddle using imported 35 gauge linear ball guides. The movement in the X-axis direction is driven by a servo motor directly connected to the ball screw through an elastic coupling. The screw uses imported high-precision ball screw. High precision and accurate transmission.

6. Tool Holder

The standard adopts Taiwan's hydraulic tool holder. The turret is hydraulically driven, using brand-name oil motors, quiet, high speed, high torque, and fast tool change speed. The internal mechanism of the turret is a cam intermittent mechanism, and the locking cylinder is matched with a precise concave-convex tooth positioner. The tool change positioning accuracy is high, and the tool can be changed between positive and negative, which can withstand heavy cutting. Adopting sensitive and reliable proximity switch, and carefully designed electronic induction system, the induction is fast and accurate, and there is no chaos.

7. Tailstock

The tail table body is dragged by the saddle and moves as a whole on the sliding guide rail. After being dragged into place, the eccentric shaft is manually locked. The top is installed in the top sleeve of the tailstock body, and the top is tightened and loosened by the movement of the sleeve driven by a hydraulic cylinder.

8. Hydraulic and Lubrication System

The hydraulic system uses a variable vane pump, and the hydraulic oil tank is placed behind the bed, which is isolated from the outside world by protection. Each hydraulic circuit adopts the superposition valve installation method, which is compact in structure and easy to install. The pressure of each execution cylinder of the hydraulic system can be adjusted separately and has a pressure protection device. The hydraulic oil tank is equipped with an air cooling device.

9. Cooling and Chip Removal System

Depending on the material of the workpiece, a chip conveyor can be selected. The type of chip conveyor is chain plate chip conveyor, scraper or magnetic scraper chip conveyor. Chain plate type chip conveyor is suitable for collecting and conveying all kinds of roll, mass, and block chips; scraper chip conveyor is suitable for conveying copper, aluminum, cast iron and other chips; magnetic scraper chip conveyor is mainly used for wet type Conveying of cast iron scraps with a length of less than 150 mm during processing. The chip conveyors are all automatic chip conveyors, and the start and stop of the chip conveyors can be controlled by M commands.
According to the user's requirements for the layout of the machine tool, the chip conveyor can be either side-mounted or rear-mounted.

10. Electrical System

The electrical system of the machine tool has over-current and short-circuit protection, and the related actions of the machine tool have corresponding interlocks to ensure the equipment and personal safety. The electrical system has a self-diagnostic function. The operating and maintenance personnel can observe the operating status of each part of the machine tool at any time according to the indicator light and display.
